Welcome to HackPalachia, the premier hackathon experience for students and tech enthusiasts of all levels! Our event is designed to bring together the brightest minds in technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship to collaborate, create, and solve real-world problems. Our hackathon is a 24 hours event where participants will work in teams to develop innovative solutions to pressing issues. With a focus on creativity, teamwork, and hands-on learning, you'll have the chance to stretch your boundaries and push the limits of your abilities. In addition, our diverse range of mentors and speakers will be on hand to offer guidance and inspiration, helping you to develop new skills and make meaningful connections with others in the tech community.

Requirements

Submission Requirements for HackPalachia:

Participants are welcome to submit any type of solution that addresses one or more of our designated tracks (Sustainability, Healthcare, Energy, Blockchain, Diversity, and Education) in the form of a presentation, app, website, or any other format they prefer.

To qualify for judging, submissions must be original, creative, and relevant to the designated tracks. Participants should submit a brief explanation of their project, along with any relevant visual aids or supporting documentation, in a format that is easily accessible and shareable with the judges.

Submissions must be turned in by the specified deadline, which will be announced at the event. Participants are encouraged to be innovative and think outside the box in their submissions, as they will be evaluated on creativity, relevance, and potential impact.
